I cannot activate the program or get critical error during download updates.
1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the program. You can find it on our website under "Downloads". If you are using WindowsXP, then in the "Archive".
2. Check the availability of the site and http://s0s.emmalabs.com http://s0s.emex3.com If the sites is available, check whether access to the Internet emex3.exe Windows Firewall settings, or if you use a third-party firewall, check its settings.
3. Try disabling antivirus if it is installed on your computer.
4. Remove the configuration file "%LOCALAPPDATA%\EMMA Labs\Emex 3\EmEx3_Settings.xml" and clear the cache folder settings "%LOCALAPPDATA%\EMMA Labs\Emex 3\Cache".
5. Try reinstalling Emex 3 (remove and install again)
