Eudora Address Book wizard

The email program Eudora address books are stored in files with .TXT extension, the name of a file corresponds to the name of the address book. The file with the same name and .TOC extension, which is used for address book access optimization, is stored in the same catalogue. The address books are stored in subdirectory Nickname of the catalogue with your personal Eudora settings. Exception to those rules is the main address book - Eudora Nicknames, stored in a file NNdbase.txt in the catalogue with your settings.

You can download Eudora from the web-server: http://www.eudora.com/

After export of checking results it is necessary to restart Eudora, for the program updated address book. At export, the old address book will be automatically saved by Advanced Maillist Verify in file with .AMV extension in the same catalogue. For example:

NNdbase.txt.AMV

NNdbase.toc.AMV

In this case, the initial file NNdbase.txt will be updated at export, and the file NNdbase.toc will be removed, because Eudora automatically creates file with .TOC extension when started.

Advanced Maillist Verify will check up all e-mail addresses from the corresponding fields of "Personal" and "Other" tabs of each contact. At export of results you can remove addresses from these fields, but Advanced Maillist Verify does not delete the contact, even if remained no e-mail address in it.
