Domains Filter - combine old Blacklist Domain Filter and Ignore Domain Filter. Also now filter have white list capability
URL Filter - Combine  Blacklist URL and Project URL Filter. Now allow to search case sensitive keywords

Fixed:
Installer: Incorrect upgrade of old version.
Spanish translation cause crash
Icons in the Download Queue were not displayed in the localized version
